Seen and Heard Petition Launched

25 November 2020

BACK THE CHARTER AND SIGN THE PETITION TO SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE’S DEMAND TO BE SEEN AND HEARD WHEN DESIGNING PUBLIC SPACES.

Young people rarely get a say in the design of London’s public spaces. Seen and Heard is a new campaign that aims to give young people a voice in the design of their communities.

Back in 2019, 19 young people from Brent wrote the Seen and Heard Charter, commissioned by Brent 2020 with the collaboration of urban design researchers at the London School of Economics, and the regeneration teams at Quintain.

The petition is the next stage of their campaign. If you believe young people deserve better public spaces, support their petition at via change.org.
